Q: How
much does the spa cost to operate per month?
A: An outside spa costs $15-20/average per month.
Q: Can
you use bromine and chlorine together?
A: Yes in proper amounts. (See store for details).
Q: How
long has Pegasus Spas been in business?
A: Pegasus Spas has served customers in Jackson,
Hillsdale, Washtenaw and Lenawee counties since 1977.
Q: Who
has the best spa warranty in the business?
A: Not only are our warranties long in years,
they are not pro-rated (like a tire or battery) and no deductibles
apply. So we won't fade away.
Q: What
comes with the spa bought from Pegasus Spas?
A: Cover, chemical kit, start up with standard
delivery to your site, spa orientation and warranty service
after the sale.
Q: What
surface should the spa rest on?
A: A flat, level surface, preferably concrete,
although any decking that hold 150lbs. per sq. ft. is acceptable.
Q: What
other preparations do I need to make before installation?
A: The correct electric must be installed by
a licensed electrician generally 240v on a GFCI circuit of
50 or 60 amps is typical.
Q:
Do you have any spas that can
plug into a wall outlet?
A: Yes! We carry a line of "Plug & Play" spas
that require no special wiring. Take home, plug in and use.
Q: Can
spas be moved and will it effect my warranty?
A: Pegasus Spas relocates spas frequently. Relocation
of a spa to a new, correct installation site does not affect
the warranty (for original owner).
