Before You Measure
- Enter the dimensions for the selected spa shape, rounded UP to the nearest inch.
- All spa covers are custom-made to order based on the measurements provided.
- The fold, or center hinge, always cuts the “A” dimension in half.
- Even if your spa was originally purchased from Pegasus Spas, measurements should still be verified before ordering, as dimensions and radius corners can vary by year and manufacturer revisions.

Locate the strap placement by measuring from the side edge of the cover to the middle of the strap where you want it positioned. Always exclude the clip itself from the measurement.
Please note: due to production variations, we cannot guarantee you will receive matching strap placement. Straps are required on every order.

A standard 5" skirt will be used if no custom length is requested
The cover skirt is the flap that hangs around the edge from the bottom of your cover.
Measure the skirt from the bottom of the cover down. The minimum length for a skirt is 1.5"

A 9" Standard strap length will be used if no custom length is entered.
To get an accurate measurement of the safety strap, measure from the bottom of the cover down, including the skirt, but not the clips. The strap must be at least 1.5" longer than the skirt. *Please note, due to production variations, it cannot be guaranteed you will receive matching strap placement. Straps are REQUIRED on every order.
For strap length (11"+) there will be an extra charge of $20.00
